When do stock levels update?
Immediately. Submitting an inbound entry raises the level and submitting an outbound entry lowers it — there is no separate posting step.
Can we run more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own storage locations, categories, staff, and assets, and stock is tracked per location.
Who gets notified when stock moves?
The warehouse manager receives an in-app notification on every inbound and outbound submission, and on new shipments.
What if the physical count doesn't match the system?
Record a stock adjustment in Stock Control. The ledger keeps the original entry and the adjustment, so the change is traceable.
Can we track deliveries after they leave the warehouse?
Yes. Logistics holds shipments, vehicles, and drivers, with real-time tracking from dispatch to arrival.
How is stock valued?
Stock Control supports valuation methods and produces a valuation view you can open per item for the detail behind the number.
