Marketing
Marketing runs the pre-sales and bidding cycle. Tender Tracking holds every opportunity you're chasing with its deadline, value, and documents, and Sales Assignment gives each one a named owner so nothing waits in a shared inbox. Client Meetings keeps what was discussed and promised next to the client it concerns, Proposals & Review makes sure a bid is checked before it leaves, and Status & Awards records how each one ended — and why — so your win rate is something you can act on.

Frequently asked
How many tenders can we track at once?
As many as you need. The pipeline shows every tender with its deadline, value, and current status.
How do we assign a sales person to a tender?
Open the tender and choose Assign sales person. They're notified and shown as the owner from then on.
Will we be warned before a submission deadline?
Yes. Each tender carries its published and due dates, and deadline alerts go to the assigned owner.
Can a proposal be reviewed before it's sent?
Yes. Proposals are built from templates, versioned as they change, and routed for internal approval before client sharing.
How is the outcome of a bid recorded?
Mark the tender awarded or lost, with the award value and the reason. Both feed the win rate reporting.
Can a won tender become a project?
Yes. An awarded tender can be taken into Worklog as a project with its own head, team, and timeline.
