Finance
Finance closes the loop on everything the other apps record. Accounting holds the chart of accounts, account books, daily entries, and the financial position they produce. Account Payable and Account Receivables fill themselves from bills recorded in Purchase and invoices raised in Sales, so you're chasing real balances rather than a spreadsheet copy. Banking reconciles what actually moved, Tax applies the right rate to every document automatically, and Reports & AI schedules the reports you rely on and forecasts cash flow from your own entries.

Frequently asked
Do payables and receivables fill in automatically?
Yes. A purchase invoice creates the payable and a sales invoice creates the receivable, so Finance reflects trading without re-entry.
Which financial statements can we produce?
Account books, the transaction book, daily accounts, cash flow, and the financial position — all from the entries already posted.
How is tax applied?
Configure your rates and exemptions once in Tax, and Sales and Purchase apply them to every invoice, bill, and adjustment.
Can we reconcile against a bank statement?
Yes. Banking holds your accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheques, with reconciliation against the statement.
What does the cash flow forecast use?
Your own entries — scheduled payables, open receivables, and recorded bank movement — not a generic model.
Where is payroll handled?
In Human Resources. Payroll runs from approved attendance there, and the resulting cost posts to your accounts.
