Password Log
Password Log replaces the spreadsheet and the chat thread your team currently shares credentials in. The dashboard reports what's stored, what's weak, and what changed, while groups let you share with a department rather than a list of names. Permissions set view, edit, and re-share rights at group and item level, connectors keep credentials in step with the services that use them, and organization-wide settings enforce your password policy, two-factor authentication, and how long deleted items are kept.
Powerful modules, built for teams
Each module is designed to be composable: pick what you need, scale as you grow, and integrate with your existing workflows. Below you'll find an expanded view of every module, quick stats, integrations, and a short FAQ to help your evaluation.

Frequently asked
What does the dashboard show?
Everything in the vault at a glance — all passwords, their strength, recent activity, expiring credentials, and what's been deleted.
Why share with a group instead of a person?
Access follows the role. Add someone to the department group and they get every credential that group holds — remove them and it's revoked in one step.
Can we stop someone re-sharing a credential?
Yes. View, edit, and share rights are set separately, at group level or on an individual item.
Can we enforce two-factor authentication?
Yes. Two-factor authentication, password requirements, and session timeouts are set for the whole organization in Settings.
What are connectors for?
They link the services your team signs into, so shared credentials stay in sync and you can see each connection's health.
Is there a record of who opened what?
Yes. Activity is logged across the vault, and audit log retention is set alongside your other security rules.
