Settings
Settings is where the workspace is shaped to fit your company. Organization holds the company profile, departments, and branches your records hang off, and Permissions decides who can open which app and what they can do inside it. Security covers two-factor authentication, password rules, and the sessions currently open, while Profile and Preferences let each person set their own details, theme, time zone, and formats. Billing shows your plan, your usage against it, and every invoice we've issued.

Frequently asked
Can we control which apps a role can open?
Yes. Permissions works at both app and action level, so a role can be given a module read-only or full access to just part of it.
Can we turn on two-factor authentication for everyone?
Yes. Enforce it for the whole organization from Security, alongside your password policy and session rules.
Can one account belong to more than one organization?
Yes. You can switch between the organizations you've been added to, and each one keeps its own data and permissions.
Where do we set currency and date format?
In Preferences. Set your time zone, currency, and number and date formats, and every document and report follows them.
Can we add fields the standard forms don't have?
Yes. Custom fields let you capture the extra details your business needs on the records that matter.
Who can see our active sessions and devices?
Administrators can review and sign out active sessions and devices for the organization from Security.
